Kancil problem again!

Then the car went smooth for few weeks.

Current Problem :

When I drive as usual, when the time for me to slow down in a junction or traffic light the problem came.
During changing to lower gear, at neutral gear the RPM drop smoothly and engine die. Then the engine can be started again with no problem, but need to keep press fuel pedal to pump or else it will die again. This one not die because of I don't know how to play the clutch or what, if thats so the engine usually semput2 before die, but this one die very smoothly.

When driving at high gear there is no problem at all.

Kancil 660EX unknown problem

Hi there, I hope there is someone out there to help me out.
I have kancil 660ex, ( mata bulat one ) : 2004, and meter almost 200k.
Lately the car keep mati tengah jalan.
When I press the fuel pedal, the petrol dont want to get into the engine and die in middle of the road.
The car can be start with no problem, but then only last for 10 second and die again.
When I repeatedly press pedal RPM goes up.
But when I press the pedal in one go ( hold ), the car die .
It's like holding the pedal would stop the fuel going to the engine.

Actually I dont know what I am talking about, I am very newbie in this car world.

The mechanics change so many thing and I lost about RM2k already but the problem are still there.
This is not good for my business.

List of thing that has been changed :

1) Fuel Filter
2) Fuel Tank, Original (RM450) they said tangki karat and cause fuel filter blockage. but 3 day after change same thing goes again.
3) Contact Point
4) Spark Plug
5) Spark Plug cable, (RM120 BOSCH brand)

These are the list from different workshop.
The car has history of trap in flood about 1 year ago.
Now my car cannot go anywhere.

EDITED :

Goes to the last workshop. They change the contact point ( again ) and Ignition Condenser, RM35 are lost.
Then they say they need to service the carburetor , to change the valve or something which cost another RM130.
Tomorrow 17/06/2014 will done they say , and let's see if they really fix this problem.

Hi, I'm currently using nokia c5-03 and thinking to change to some low spec android phone.
my budget is about <RM500 and thinking to buy galaxy mini 2

The thing is,

1. How much would the c5-03 used 1 year with no warranty can get if i trade with the shop?

2. Instead of samsung, is there any SE phone similiar spec and price with galaxy mini 2?

3. Can help compare pro and con of the samsung and SE phone ?

any one can help me?
