Autogate Panel Board Diagnostic

Hi all, I have an issue with my autogate panel board, and everytime this happens, I will need to open up the case and take off the battery panel to reset (after main MCB for this has been turned off).

As per attached photo, when during normal usage, pressing M1 or M2 (on the remote or via the Tuya app), that LED will turn on after the gate is closed and after a while a click sound is heard from the relay and the LED will turn off. My situation is that that LED remains on and this will make the remote/app and even the house spring button switch useless. I will need to wait a while for it to come back before I can use (no specific time frame, sometimes a minute, sometimes 10-20 mins). So I remove the cover n reset, this will last a few months (since my first removal last time), and this happened today again.

What are the usual issues and the cause? Any adjustment that I can do? Or need to replace the board?

Double Pole Switch (40A) meant for heater

I was looking thru one of the vendor in Malaysia (S***Sense) providing solution for lightning surge and I do see that they have RCD installation for heater (which is to be installed near to the heater unit). I therefore asked for a concealed solution and they told me that they can install something at a switch socket (as my house toilet are all with 15A socket point).

This is what the vendor showed me (I got the image online and get the exact match since I saw the Chinese word)

This is to replaced the normal socket outlet the center bottom is where the heater 3-core wiring goes in. This one triggers at 6ma at 0.025ms

As I later on did a search on the Chinese shopping website and find something nicer

As this one replace the double pole switch 20a, however it only triggers at 30ma at 0.025ms. I am just wondering if these devices are reliable and anyone tried it yet? I believe the socket type is tried otherwise why it can be found in Malaysia.

matching tiles to an existing unit

Assuming that I am planning for my house renovation. I am just wondering if it is really a mission impossible to get a matching tiles, or 100% the same time for a new house?

Let's assume I do get a similar or perhaps the same tile, the extended area with the newly laid tiles should be looking quite good and blended with the existing one?

will it be harder to get approved?

i tried applying a few, namely pbb, stanchart, and citibank, all of them rejected my applications...

my pay has hit the min. requirement of the card (let's not talk about the conversion rate... 1:1 only...)

i wonder why... i only had a car loan before in msia which i aldy settled last year...

im holding cc from spore banks and servicing a car loan in singapore but i believe this doesnt help as msia banks dun share with spore banks the same pool of credit risk information like what bank negara is providing...
