Serious question about sealed house, please help!

Hi all, I am an university student and I have rented a room beside the university. However, I received news that the house is currently sealed by MPKJ since the owner build another block without permission I guess. May I know can I stay in the house if it is sealed? The owner keep promising there is no problem but I am worry about that. Please help!

Hi everyone, I am now having a house in Semenyih. I need to install a water heater into the bathroom and I didn't know anything about heater. May I know how much is the price ( roughly )? Do he technicians help to install the heater after I buying it? If not, how much do the technicians charge for installment?
