Custom Carpentry Works - Tatami

I am having a medium size renovation to my new house and quite a fair bit of carpentry works are needed, which includes a Japanese style Tatami dining area.

I notice that nowadays there are countless kitchen cabinets and wardrobe supplier and that's it. They do not do anything else. Also, all wardrobes look like they all come from the same factory with aluminum frame and wood/ glass in between.

Anyone knows a good carpenter with reasonable price who caters for the above? Thanks a lot in advance.
