1)conventional and Islamic principles for new car loan?

2)The conventional ones always go for floating rate or fix rate? What are the pros and cons?

I am not good in calculation and interest rate.
Take this example. Let say I have only 60k extra to buy a cheap flat.
The flat I'm interested is 70k. Are there maximum percentage a buyer can pay DP?
Can I pay 60k and loan 10k?

If this is possible, can a housewife be eligible to pay such loan with a guarantor name?

I have never like kimchi before this. Ever since i had this uncurable stomach flu regularly, I was frustrated and the doc can't help me much other than prescribed regular intake of gavol tablet/famotidine and mmt. I am so sick of it.
And so i have found a cure in my kitchen. Now i'm craving for more of it. Its very rich of good bacteria for my guts problem.
I had em everyday as site dish, snack and sometimes with noodles or fried with rice. Here is my 2nd batch.

The moment i applied each leaves with the mixture, that aroma filled my whole house . You just wanted the time to stop right there, the seductive smell was incredible .

To complete renovation? 3-4 workers. Modify living room, extend kitchen....everything u name it. Everyday work from 6.30am start ketuk-ketuk until 7pm. Workers live in.

These pic are not mine, just use it for example.
My existing front gate on both side are diffrent gate patern and automatic but one side the auto already not been functioned since i bought this house, so that particular gate only use manually for my car where else my husband's car park on the auto gate entrance.
I would like to change new gate for both side, preferable sliding 2 ways. Auto and comes with a single small door within it for easier access manually.
The front gate road lots of grasses growing, i want it to cement them.

What are the estimate cost for this. I am not looking for fancy gate or beautiful one, I just need cheap/simple as the green one on the pic enough. Thank you

Hi all,
I need some general advise from anyone with this experiece.

Just like any other mother, my mom is worried when she jalan already her son will argue over the house.
So she already made a will stating the percentage that will be divided to 3 son. I am the only daughter and i do not want any part of it because i hate complication and i am satisfied with what i have now. So back to my brothers. Eldest never in our lives care for the the family, 2nd brother sacrifice the most for my mom and care taker of the family, the last bro has yet learn how to be independant. The 'will' will be splitting (from eldest to the youngest) about 20-40-40% 3 of them. My mom intend to do video recording of her saying her reason of this arrangement too.
My mom concern is this. The eldest is a trouble maker, stingy and yet greedy.
1) Can he able to use legal to claim the whole house?
2) or Can he use legal to claim more of what's given to him?
3) Does the eldest wife has the right to claim part of the split by reasoning the use of a grandson?

If all the above is possible my mom mentioned to me to sell the house off and split them before she gone.
But because my 2 younger brother has yet to decide what to do, it has been delayed till today.

Any advise appreciated. So sorry for my english.

I could be the last person to know this but I am so sad that my renewal last year post office staff said price increament on insurance and I thought that was it. Mana tau yesterday when I renew I was shocked they increase again saying bank negara tambah 15%. Eventhough my one was an old vehicle how to tahan if continuesly yearly increament?
How to tahan everything naik? Got good news harga turun on other things but increament pulak on other thing. All this ding-dong-ding-dong, still comes back the same. Sorry for ranting, just sad.
