Plaster ceiling

Hi Bro & sis

Need advise, I wan to remove dome from plaster ceiling as below pic due to it unfit to the new fan I bought and I think it is old fashion.

But my friend told me that it Wil impact other part of the plaster ceiling in living room which I dun wan as it may cause extra .. I am out of budget for my renovation already = =""

But my contractor said it is easy, just use screw driver can already, then can cover back the lubang lubang

So I am in dilemma now.. or any better way to fix the fan ? My wife like the fan so much and wish to put in living room.

Need help, My company did not submit Form C from 2005 to 2009 and it was closed down on 2010. Now IRB officer called but I have lost all the relevent record. Can I know what is the penalty of this ?

Maybank has offer me a position as management reporting executive, the pay is not bad, benefits good as well, but I heard rumous about Maybank in thier culture and job prospect.. May I know hows it the culture, promotion and working enviroment especially for my department. Anyone can share ur ideas and experiences !!!! Thanks alot
