Just now I went to police station as I am preparing to make police report with all the evidence inside my thumb drive. So my uncle told me I am still small, I need to have be more patient and tolerant to the despicable and the lowest human on earth who purposely try to make your life upset. It is because their life sucks to the core so they want to make others' miserable as well. And he told me to forgive and tolerate others' is a bliss. and that person will continue to rot and rot by his bad heart. Karma is on the way to get him.

Wow I am indeed amazed by my uncle's words. He is so wise!

By the way, he told me a degrading joke about that person and made me burst out laughter but I am not going to reveal here.

Thanks to my uncle! I am alive again joyfully!

Sometimes I think I am so blessed to be surrounded with awesome and wise people.

Do you have friends or family like that to support you whenever you are upset?

So my mum bought me this organic apple cider vinegar, telling me if I ate some meat I should drink some diluted apple cider vinegar for the sake of my health.

So I search online, isn't apple cider vinegar highly acidic? How come it is alkalizing in our body?

Is it because of buffering effect?

for me I like gloomy, rainy and wet. Like the weather now, super nice. But still depends, if go to the beach of course sunny la!, one does not simply want gloomy and rainy weather when you are on the beach, later tsunami comes.
