hi all,
i want to build a small form factor gaming rig but i'm really noob when to choose the hardware
so i need some suggestion from the pc sifu to help me for the hardware
my budget is around 3.5k to 4.0k with monitor

btw what should i choose for the chasis silverstone fto3 or silverstone sg09(any mini itx chassis suggestion are welcome)
