Do property Seller need to appoint lawyer?

Hi,
most of the transaction is made by buyer lawyer only.
But i also encounter where there is 2 lawyer involved including from seller party.
Does the seller have too much money and don't want to save on the lawyer fees?

Dear forum investors,
The idea of this poll is to get a better picture of investors preference when investing.
As i see for the current market, flipping upon VP is almost impossible for next 3-5 yrs.

Just noticed new flyover to sunway south quay this afternoon.
on the way to klang along MRR2 highway b4 USJ interchange

I am thinking would this benefit South Quay in a big way???
as i know the property there is not doing well....rite time to get in?
