Instant modem internet similar to P1?

Hi everyone, im going to move in the university's residence in the next few months (HELP university) and i really need to install my own broadband rather than the free wifi provided there. I have been using P1 long time ago and i really like it because i dont need the technician to install, plug it into the port blah blah, just receive the modem from them and then come back home. The reason is P1 only have maximum 2 mbps package and what i need is about 5 to 10 mbps. So my question is: Is there any other brands that have similar instant internet like P1? Thank you very much

Hello everyone, im facing a trouble with my laptop, about my VGA.

And this is my lap: Dell Inspiron 14R N4050
- The first VGA is Intel HD Graphics
- The second one is AMD Radeon HD 6470M (this is the one which is having problem)

In the ''General'' tab, ''Device status'', it says: This device cannot start (code 10)
