Laptop GPU problem

Hi, I'm using alienware M17X R4, warranty is over. GPU: AMD HD7970M
I play a lot of Dota 2, about 3/4 days ago i started having crashes and BSODs.
I tried fixing it with driver updates and it did not help. After trying many things i decided to restore my laptop to factory settings to see if that helps.
After restoring to factory settings(using stock drivers), i could start dota 2 but within 30 seconds to 1 minute the dota 2 client will minimise randomly and I won't be able to maximise it back. Either that or it crashes the computer/BSOD.
However if i run it with my Intel HD4000 graphic processor, I don't experience any of the above problem, just that the performance is greatly reduced.
So right now i'm thinking that my GPU is toast. but I ran the dell's enhanced-Preboot System Assessment (ePSA) and my video card passed the diagnostic test.
I have also tried running other games but the other games run with the FPS of the intel card instead of the AMD one even though my setting was for the games to use the AMD card.

What could be the problem? Is my GPU spoilt?

If no coverage. any news on when there might be coverage?

Hi. I wanna build a new gaming rig but i live in Kuching, Sarawak. Most of the websites for pc components are in the west malaysia.
I wanna know where i can buy pc components online that will be able to ship to kuching.
Looking at compuzone online but wanna know if they will help send to east malaysia
