Hi All.

Anyone staying or well versed in Taman Melawati area?

Please help me to decide which property is better?

A. Serini (RM 620K)
1. Basic unit
2. Freehold
3. Near to amenities
4. Walking distance to Melawati Mall
5. Quite busy road

B. Upperville (RM 530K)
1. Fully furnished unit
2. Leasehold
3. Quite far from amenities, but peaceful environment
4. Lots of projects going up surrounding area
5. Not that busy road

Any ideas? Looking to buy a unit. But, not really sure which one to buy.

Your kind replies and guidance are much appreciated.

Refinance house

Hi sifus,

Need your suggestions here with regards to the refinance of my father's house.

My fathers had a house and he planned to change from his name to my name in order for me to refinance it with the Bank.

The refinance of the house for the following purposes:

1. To settle my personal loan (60k)
2. To settle my credit card (20k)
3. To buy another low cost house for my father (100k)

Let say, the loan amount of 180k with rm900 monthly instalments. What are the best way to allocate the monthly instalment with my father? I pay for the 80k and my father pay for 100k?

Atm, my father already collected the rental from current property and he already stated that the rental of the upcoming property also will be his. Should I get some portion of the rental too as I am facilitating his plan to buy another house?

What are the best way to go for this situation? Me and my father quite confused atm. Haha.

Persona 2019 vs City 2019

Hi all sifus, need your advices and guidances prior to buy a new car.

Currently using MyVi 1.5 SE, year 2015. But, now I feel like the space is too limited. Considering of buying either Persona or City.

What are the advantages and disadvantages between these 2 cars? Does City worth the 30k upgrade?

Notice Period

Hi fellow forumers, I have been working with small audit firm for around 1 and a half years. Now, I am receiving a new job offer. Need some advice pertaining my resignation.

First of all, in my letter offer stated that my notice period will be 1 month.

But, after working for 6 months, I receive a confirmation letter with added notice period to 2 months(increase salary also). The confirmation letter was not signed by me only my partner signed. There is no space for me to sign. They also did not ask me to sign the confirmation letter.

So, regarding my resignation, which one I need to follow? Offer letter or confirmation letter?

Thus, which letter I need to refer? Confirmation letter? Or follow the letter offer only?

Need some advices.

Recently, I bought a 4GB stick RAM, but, my pc starting gives me problem when I want to on the PC. When I turned on my PC, few secs later its off, few secs later, its on, few secs later its off, non stop until I pull plug. Then, I tried to pull out the NEW RAM, then my pc is okay. Then, I try to insert back the ram, it does operate normally, but, when I check to the system properties, it show only 4GB ram.

PLsss help me sifussss.

does anyone here owns a lenovo z470? i just want to know if that anybody have encountered a problem such as HANG or SCREEN do not function? what i mean is sometimes, the laptop hangs once a day..i dont know the reason why the laptop hang.. its not even hot.. what should i do? plz help me pros n sifus. i just bought it n da problems keep coming.
