hi There,

Currently im hotlink user, have been be with Hotlink about 6yrs ++, although nowadays Hotlink package is not attractive if compare to other competitor, but i'm still maintain the number under services of Hotlink...but im getting disappointed..

My account balance was is RM 10++ yesterday, and i have purchased the 1day pass, 1GB with RM 5 @ 3pm, after that my balance is about RM 5++..

Until today 2pm++, there is msg frm maxis, friendly reminder that my pass still got 1 hour to go for expired,
so i decided download a video before it expired, later on there is a msg frm maxis, saying that reached 100% quota, AND THE SPEED WILL BE REDUCED, from the experience i have been many years to maxis, i know this sentences meaning, even quota reached, as well as before expired, i still can used as usual without any extra charge, just the speed will be reduced
who know, after 2 minit, another msg from maxis saying that, today i have used RM 5.1 for mobile data, and i checked my account balance, it become ZERO.

i really disappointed, it doesn't make sense at all, im not saying im kedekut with that just only few ringgit, the thing is, you stated clear you statement, and yet, there still got extra charged!

i will definitely leave maxis,
