anyone here using nForce 680i mobo?

hi guys,

noobie here. anyways few days ago i just picked up eVGA's nForce 680i mobo from Cycom in Low Yat Plaza. haven't even taken it out of the box yet as i've yet 2 pick up my RAM so basically haven't built my pc yet... anyways i bought this mobo based on the TRULY SUPERB reviews i read on the net recently however just today i ran into these articles stating it was extremely problematic - SATA bugs, mouse n keyboard problems etc etc...

here's the two links:

http://www.evga.com/community/messageboard...626&whichpage=1

http://enthusiast.hardocp.com/article.html...W50aHVzaWFzdA==

since this mobo's quite new many ppl on these other forums claim they're not sure whether it's a problem that can be fixed with a BIOS fix / update or a hardware problem... or whether it's a problem affecting the eVGA brand or every brand that puts out a 680i mobo.... so my question is, anyone here using the 680i mobo and experiencing problems?? i only can get my RAM in a few days so therefore i can't test for myself la... shite now i'm seriously worried

can anyone shed light on this? thx
