Without noticing my lawyat ID is highlighted as 'Scammer' , i was trying to search my profile via google and noticed my name can be found in SCAM.MY. It stated clearly i have 3 lowyat IDs in total, the main problem is i don't even know why my name is blacklisted. out of the 3 lowyat IDs given, only 1 is mine. I suspect this is due to a case that happened 8 years ago, where a lowyat user requested me to refund due to product not received by the user. i couldn't rmb what exactly happened but i checked my inbox , and found I was asking the user did she really check her bank account before asking me to refund, she then reply she was not trying to say i cheated. The user then became inactive and never login to Lowyat.

Can someone guide me how should I settle this ? I PM-ed the lowyat admin, i was told that i can email SCAM.MY and CC lowyat admin so they can vouch for removal but the problem is i don't know how to contact SCAM.MY.

How do they even investigate a scam before blacklisting people.
