The unit is located on floor level 7 and face to swimming pool with windy along the day. Resident can only enter the condo lift using access card for security purpose. There got security guard on duty beside the lift entrance.

Hi, i am recently doing the refinance for my housing loan for 250k amount. The lawyer firm was give me a bill as listed below:
