Pc not booting

Yesterday night I took out all the fans in my cpu to clean it up (processor, graphic card and power supply) I also took out the processor to clean it properly after I install everything back, my pc is not booting, there's one red light flickering when it's working normal but it's not flickering at all now

Tried removing the battery and install it back, checked every connectors, tried removing the ram still no luck, I don't think my hardware is spoilt all of them are working properly last night

I did a ftt (Maybank) to China but the information and details filled was in pinyin and translation from Chinese, ( we can't fill Chinese and information filled can't be too long ) the information I obtained was all in Chinese so I translated most of them. The money sent out successfully after that but the problem is the recipient did not receive the money, and it has been 9 days since I transferred the money, bank in China didn't receive any information about that as well. What can I do?
