Hi,currently i'm having a project on controlling tester interface. A interface which is has 1 printer port and serial port to connect to computer.
The idea sounds like this, the tester interface is connect to a device(PDA phone) then the (printer port) and (serial port) will connect to computer.

Basically, to receive data byte from (PDA phone) we can just simply create a hyperterminal in window menu\accessories\communication with the setting of (bps=115200,data bits=8, parity=none, stop-bit=0,flow control=none).

My purpose is to enter into the testing mode of the (PDA phone).
My tester interface have a relay to control the voltage to switch on and off. So any1 of you got idea on how to code a vb program to send data to switch on the relay before i can receive data byte from (PDA phone) and aotomate send data back to the (PDA) to enter the testing mode of the (PDA phone) :)please give some guidelines or any idea......thanks
