Need help with Recovering Data

Hi guys. I'm in desperate need of help here. Yesterday I bought a new PC. Then I wanted to install windows 10 onto the pc and wanted to create an installation media so I used my portable hard disk. Little did I know the process of creating the installation media formatted and repartitioned my whole hdd.

I have 2 partitions in my hdd. 1TB for normal backup, and another 1TB which is BitLocker encrypted that contains all my files since 10 years ago. Very valuable data. Is there a way to recover them? No issues recovering the unencrypted partition using those data recovery software but what about the encrypted partition ? I believe the hdd just went through a quick format and the data is still there... any advice or suggestion ?

As mentioned in topic title, available for sale is a GIANT Anthem X29-1 Mountain Bike which i seldom ride. still in good condition. Can come and view to appreciate. Location in Setia Alam. Some quick research on the internet and you will read about how great this bike is. Full specs as below. Picture of actual item attached. Bought it early 2013 for RM13k. Now looking at RM7.6k. Slightly negotiable. Size S, but fits me perfectly well at 180cm. Probably due to the long wheelbase. Weight at 12.8kg.

How to drive for max acceleration

I have been pondering bout this question for a while, might sound noob but thos who know please enlighten me

Assuming car A has;

160PS @ 5000-6200RPM
250nm @ 1500-4200RPM

My question is, how to drive to achieve the fastest 0-100 time. Is it

a) Full throttle all the way in S mode (Auto)
b) Full throttle in Manual (Tiptronic) mode and keep the RPM within boost range (ie. 1500-4200 RPM)

Theoretically speaking, torque drops after 4200 RPM, and i noticed when i floor the accelerator, engine races to redline and each gear shift, the RPM stays above the boost range meaning im not getting 250nm. Am i correct to say this? If this is true, wont shifting early to keep the RPM within 4200 yield faster acceleration ?
