Let me begin.<br /><br />My dad passed away few years back and he didn&#39;t leave any will but i managed to get the LA and transferred everything under my mother&#39;s name. It was all fine as i had to continue my studies in overseas. I was away 2 years after that. Upon my return, i found out that some of the land title which i transferred solely under my mother&#39;s name, had another name in it where someone, ( one of my relatives, as usual) put her name in it 1/2 of the share from each title with the reason saying if anything happens to my mother, she can give it to me ( which is a silly reason she gave to my mother) and my mother being naive and less educated and old signed it by trusting her as she was taking care of my mother. now she wants to put my name and take the relative&#39;s name out, what is the proper procedure for it? is there any other way to get it done as i have the feeling she will refuse to sign, leaving me the chance to maybe sue her.<br /><br />Thank you.<br /><br />P/S: if there is any mistakes with my statement, i apologize <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo--> jaghimself Property Talk Mon, 11 Jun 2012 00:00:04 +0800 http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2374003 I would like to know, in what ways a person can invest 10-20k in business or properties to make some money?
