Windshield Crack

What a day today...just now when I went out for lunch, found out that my windshield is cracked!!
I am very sure that it wasn't there this morning when I parked my car..(open car park)

Forgot to take a photo..anyway, the crack line begins from the bottom of the windshield, goes out about 10cm long..

My question would be.:
- Can I say this is a manufacturing defect?
- Can I claim back?
- If can claim on the windshield, what about the tint?

P/S: I did search the forum but could not find the answer for above..but some are suggesting to find Dr. Windshield..

Need opinion on buying 2nd hand car

Hi guys,

Need your opinion on getting a 2nd hand car. I can afford up to rm60k ++ and prefer a 3years old car or below (2006 at least).

Did some searching and these are what i found within the range:

Honda City
Toyoto Vios
Suzuki Swift

- Most of the time driving alone.
- City driving (70%) and highway (30%)

Which one is good for me?

Please do suggest if there is a better option

So...what I need is to build a budget gaming CPU..

Budget: rm2000
Preferred : AMD Phenom II, 790GX chipset....the rest is up to you guys to fill up..

Processor : AM2 PhenomII 940 Quad 3.0Ghz (800) <--- consider budget? or AM3 PhenomII 810 Quad 2.6Ghz (660)
Motherboard : 790GX (brand ?)
Graphic Card : ?
RAM : ?
Harddisk : ?
Power Supply : ?

Extra rm500
Fan : Is this necessary Cooler Master
Casing : I like this but it is out of range Casing (Cool/Master)

The important part is the CPU...fan and cooling is additional...

Lag in Gaming

Hi All,

My laptop lag when play games eg. Warcraft: Frozen Throne. The problem is, a friend of mine using the exact same model, same spec (except RAM mine add 1GB) can play the games smoothly.

Some info:
Compaq nc6230
Intel Pentium® M processor 2.00GHz
1.5GB RAM (my friend using 512MB)
60GB hardisk (42GB free space)
ATI Mobilty RADEON X300
DirectX 9.0c

Note:
I made a comparison on the setting such as virtual memory with my friend's all is the same...
This happen even before RAM upgrade ( which is the reason why I upgraded)...
PF usage is normal compared to my friend's..

Can anyone help to locate the cause

Fail-Safe State?

Hi Guys,
A little help here...I'm having this "System is running in Fail-Safe State. Please-recheck BIOS CMOS SETUP".
What does it mean? What do I need to check? (Attached photo)

Plus, the PC seems to slow down after using it for couple of hours...I never had this before.. (Task manager screenshot)

Please advise....

Memory Card Unlocked?

Guys...need your help.. My brother put on a password on my nokia6500's memory card and now he forgot what is the password..
So is there a way to unlocked or format it?

Network card or the driver

Since yesterday my PC not able to detect any connection from modem. Or in other words "A nertwork cable is unplugged" is display on my LAN status. There no problem with my modem. So I went to check my netwok card under device manager, it shows that "Packet Miniport Scheduler #4" is not working properly.

So my question, is it the network card problem or just the driver?

PC sounds crazy!

Recently my PC become really noisy...(is it the fan?) Dunno...
Last time my PC is very quite and smooth..

But in term of performence, no problem at all..
My PC only have one cheap additional fan (no watercooling..no fancy thing)

Anyone can help me to solve this problem?

D-Link DFE-690TXD problem

I'm using IBM (old version) laptop with D-Link DFE-690TXD (Ethernet PC Card) to connect streamyx..

Problem:

Everytime when connect to streamyx at home using laptop it shows "Connection sucessful" but then I cannot open any webpage, it just like it's not connected.
How to solve this?

But I have no problem using my laptop when surfing internet at my office.

And I can use streamyx with my desktop pc at home..No problem.

So which one is the problem? Both streamyx and laptop seems to ok.
