Will it be so much hassle n $$ if change to tiles....

home loan

anyone here took the flexi home loan thingy??

how do they actually calculate it...

i hav this issue...
let say i hav 10k in the bank... n loan amount is about 200k , i am assuming the interest charges was suppose to be based on (200k-10k=190k)...

then during the second month... let say i hav 20k in the bank...i would be assuming the interest charged should be lesser compare to the first month....
BUT when i see the statement i was suprise that the interest charged was in fact more than the previous month n indirectly im paying more interest which is similar to the amount of EXtra interest they pay me on that month...

Anyone can help explain to me on this.... Does this flexi home loan thingy really help us to pay our home loan faster????

im so confuse now 1!
