Stupid bank, cold call customer then ask customer to verify ic no. And date of birth..without even disclosing who they are in the 1st place 1st.

Die die don’t wanna tell what was the call about, now dah la so many fraud case.. die die wan customer to verify themselves 1st.. hello u call to customer but yet u ask customer to verify.. what does that tell customer ? Customer ask wat was the call about, sorry sir can not disclose before verification. Tiu nia Seng..

So end up reverse check who dafug is this number.. end up is stupid mother forking HSBc... if any of the call centre people here ... go review back ur procedure la... how stupid is it ...

Need for taking of ring before labour

Hi all as most have experience during pregnancy, there are chance of getting swollen on certain body part.
My wife particularly have a wedding ring on her since we got marry, it was never off, and she got so use to it. It never occur to her to take it off during the pregnancy, but recent visit to doctor, we was inform she is best to take it off. We forgot to ask y. But asking most of other friend, it seem all of them did the same. We would like to do the same as well. But it seem the swell was abit too much for her finger and the ring seems to be stuck.

I would like to seek some of the past experience here, if there are other option, I check online there are some that didn't take it off but the nurse stick some sort of plaster all over the ring to cover it. Some mentioned there are a chance of it burning the hand if not taken off.. But those are mainly oversea. I wonder Wat are the experience here in Malaysia.

In the mean time, we r trying a few method to take it off.. Cold water soak, oil, soap, ribbon string... Etc..

KOTA BARU, 9 Feb — Seramai 40 ahli keluarga dikuarantin di hospital kerana disyaki diserang “virus misteri” selepas bercuti di Kajang baru-baru ini. Serangan virus itu menyebabkan seorang daripada ahli keluarga itu, berusia 59 tahun, meninggal dunia dan seorang lagi kritikal, lapor Sinar Harian. Pengarah kesihatan Kelantan Datuk Dr Ahmad Razin Ahmad Mahir berkata kes tersebut, semuanya dirawat di Hospital Tanah Merah, kini dalam siasatan. Seorang pesakit wanita, 23 tahun, mendakwa bapa saudaranya itu diserang batuk teruk hingga sesak nafas sebelum meninggal dunia. “Hospital mengesahkan dia meninggal dunia akibat jangkitan pneumonia sedangkan dia tidak mempunyai masalah kesihatan pun sebelum ini,” katanya. Seorang lagi anggota keluarganya — semuanya dari Kampung Panglima Bayu — mengalami simptom sama dan berada dalam kritikal selepas bapa saudaranya meninggal dunia. “Secara tiba-tiba, seorang lagi saudara saya yang berusia 28 tahun pula kritikal dan kini dirawat di unit rawatan rapi kerana disahkan dijangkiti kuman dalam paru-paru tidak sampai 24 jam kematian bapa saudara,” katanya. Wanita itu berkata mereka pada awalnya mengesyaki keracunan makanan kerana makan bersama-sama di sebuah restoran di kompleks beli-belah di Kajang ketika bercuti sempena Tahun Baharu Cina. “Sesetengah kami mengalami sesak nafas dan batuk, saya pula diserang asma, manakala kanak-kanak pula terkena cirit-birit,” katanya lagi seperti dilaporkan. -

Malaysia Airlines revamps economy class meals

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airlines Bhd, which last year renegotiated its contract with main in-flight catering supplier Brahim’s, will invest “significantly more” on its economy class menu for both short- and long-haul flights.

The national airline said in a statement that it would revamp its economy class meals to improve customer service, resulting in “heartier three-course meals”.

“The new menus will not only see an overall improvement in ingredients, more than doubling the protein size and bigger portions, but also the overall presentation of the meals,” it said.

Malaysia Airlines chief commercial officer Paul Simmons said the airline had invested an additional 20% into the cost of creating “the perfect menu”.

The new investment in meals will see the introduction of hot meals on short-haul flights and options which will be tailored to specific routes.

“This includes dishes such as Japanese inspired appetiser shrimp salad with spring onion, sesame seed chicken teriyaki served with Japanese rice and also Korean influenced kimchi chicken with Asian greens and deep fried queen fish and Kung Pao sauce for North Asian destinations.

“More Malaysian dishes will also be served on flights between Kuala Lumpur to Australia including curry and rendang as part of the airline’s move to provide a truly Malaysian experience to reflect the cultural richness of the national airline,” the carrier said.

Prepaid SIM Card Registration Fraud

The Communications and Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia (CFM) has warned that the number of cases of false registration of prepaid SIM cards has shown an alarming increase in 2015. CFM received some 89 complaints pertaining to the matter last year, a whole 189-percent more than it saw in 2014.

CFM chairman Megat Ishak Maamunor Rashid says that this is due to agents and dealers using the details of customers to register for fake accounts for illegal foreigners and other customers.

As such, Megat reminds the public to be more careful when handing out personal information. More importantly, the CFM points out that there is no reason for sales representatives to make photocopies of MyKads for registration. This is because there is only an obligation to verify the information recorded, without actually needing to make a copy of anything.

The MCMC has been taking local telcos to task for allowing the problems of false registration of prepaid SIMs. The commission issued a total of 50 compounds amounting to RM2.29 million last year for failing to address the matter; with another 13 compounds issued early this year.

hi all sifu and taikor, so i have two acer 225qh lying around and my current pc is having an ATI radeo 4670 from saphire.. i wondering is it possible for me to use dual monitor on my current graphic card. i notice my graphic card have 1 DVI port and 1 VGA port.

in order for me to run dual monitor, do i need a dual DVI port converter plug in to my graphic card end or i can run the two monitor simultaneously using one DVI cable and one VGA cable plug in to the graphic card?
