HTC MALAYSIA (Brightstar) Customer Support Service

Hi guys, Just wondering whether you guys have been experiencing the same problems as me with Brightstar Customer Support Service.

Long story short, Used the phone HTC One M8 for a month (bought it from Maxis), woke up one day and the phone is totally not turning on

Series of events after this :

-Sent the phone in to Brightstar. The worker there claimed the phone will be done within a week and that a Customer Support Person will call me back. I asked again and he said once again a person will call me to talk to me about the phone's problems. This was the first promise made by them. It has been 2 weeks, no calls has been made by them
-Constantly called their Customer Support Number after the first week, every single person I was put in contact with told me the exact same thing that my phone is still in repair and that they will call me back on the same day I called to notify me about the timeframe and the problem itself. Second promise made by them, not even a single call was made to me after I called
-Waited another one whole week, called them up again today, and they said that they do not know what the problem is and they again promised me like robots that they will call me back which of course they did not.
-Went to HTC Malaysia Facebook Page for help but they deleted my post. I'm not the only one as there are so many other people's posts being deleted as well.

My question is, have you guys experienced these problems with their Customer Support Team? And what did you do to solve it? Did it help by going to the offices itself to clarify things as I'm thinking of doing that. Should I go back to Maxis and let them know of this issue since I bought the phone from them? When I went to the Maxis Tmn Tun Store, they told me that they can't help me out and that I needed to go to HTC itself.
