Laptop Spec : Refer pictures

HP tx2520au display problem TT

as mention in title..the screen keep kelip2..like old video game console..
tot it was screen malfunction bcoz the screen can flip into tablet pc..
but when play simple games..i.e. dinner dash the screen is works perfectly..
so i dun think the hardware problem..

then i decide to format it..tot at 1st it was a virus..
but then,all settle like new..
BUT..
after installing the video driver..d NIGHTMARE begins..
so i think its a driver problem..or not..im not an expect here..

btw,this lapy just 2 weeks old..
here i attach also the graphic spec..

any ideas wud be greatly appreciated..
