Hi guys, sorry that i will type in chinese, it's because i want to ask for information regarding Puer Tea.

大家好，小弟上个月刚刚学习普洱茶知识，买了以下普洱茶饼反复测试：

1。中茶6061 2007年熟茶
2。茶之源大叶乔木2009年熟茶

说真的，试来试去，没什么尝试到传说中的回甘，生津，甜，滑，厚。。尝试到的有一点苦，木香，没有锁喉咙。。视乎也不是所有普洱茶饼收久就一定好。。可能买的都是便宜口粮茶。

因为也没认识几个茶友，卖茶的也没法作出什么介绍，我也只是单单靠谷歌还是知乎介绍了。也在双11淘宝买了以下茶饼，做好给普洱学习课程费了哈哈哈：

因为淘宝花多眼乱，只好买大厂茶。我的问题是，我买的大部分都是熟茶，没有喝普洱生茶的经验，也探听到普洱生茶新茶的时候最好别喝先，所以想问问，我想收一些普洱生茶自己喝，但是有哪些品牌还是可以介绍一些普洱生茶？

Hi Bros and Sis,

I going to renovate my new office. Currently the conditions of the unit are as follows:
- 1 small toilet, only fit the toilet bowl
- age of the unit: more than 12 years
- with basic office ceiling and carpet, which is very old and dusty
- 700 sqf
- 1 aircon
- zero partition

As I just start new business, so I only got limited fund to renovate the office.
Budget plan
- partition for 1 meeting room, 1 filing room, 1 director room, 1 pantry (partition board)
- remove old carpet and install new vinyl flooring
- help in install 1 ceiling cassette, 5 Ceiling Ventilating fan, 2 Wall Ventilating fan, 2 new basin
- build more electric point and telephone line (not sure what it call...some call it hack? I not sure)
- paint white color

Hi bros,

- Graphic card (can meet minimum requirement of the game Overwatch and DOTA 2)
- non-colourful keyboard

Usage:-
- working (mostly excel and some software tat is not require high graphic memory)
- gaming (dont need ultra resolution, mayb moderate will do, movie (1080 HD)

Hi, I want to ask which brand of multivitamin I should take?

Why I have to take?
I work from 830am to 10pm in Midvalley. Most of the time I can only have a very quick and cheap lunch(mixed rice in food court) and dinner(rolled oat and boiled egg), due to extreme workload n living cost there, so I can't take sufficient nutrient. Moreover,I gym/workout for 2 hours everyday. So,I need multivit...

What I currently have?
- Nutrilite double X vitamin
- Nutrilite all plant protein
- nutrilite fish oil
My opinion is...expensive...compared to other brands... don't ask me why I support amway/Nutrilite....
I will finish all of these after 1.5 months, den I will change the protein to ON whey protein, fish oil I will change to Carlson finest fish oil...

My concern:-
I want to make myself great again, but in a budget way...
I don't have time to cook vege/chicken breast by myself. I can only blend a protein milk shake in early morning, so I have no choice but to take supplements...

Questions:-
Which brand of multivit I should take?
Is double X worth the price? Bcoz if compare by price per month,double X cost rm96 and Blackmore cost rm30.
