damage parts after accident

recently i just got in an accident with my myvi. a car had hit me from the back. the workshop have change new bumper n back door/bonnet.
after everything finish i ask the workshop for the damage items as i want to collect it back. First the workshop say cannot pick now as not yet inspect by the insurance company, then later when ask again say cannot collect back n give lot of reasons.

so my questions is can i collect back the damage items. is there any law or policy that say i cannot get it back.
did anyone here had an accident and can get back all their car damage parts.

the reason i want it back is that the damage is not that bad.. can be ketuk2 and repair...

im planning to build a core i3 system with a mATX mobo that will put in a SFF casing.
so anyone can recommend me a good mATX mobo for core i3?

i found a few which is Asus P7H55-M PRO and Gigabyte GA-H57M-USB3 but not sure which to pick.
maybe you guys can help me choose or give any other model that suitable for me. my budget for mobo is around below RM500.
