The best ways and mobile broadband to watch TI3

As you may all know, this year TI3 will be held during school break and Raya. Many of us will be at our hometown. Cant watch TI3 in KL. I'm wondering between Celcom, Yes, Maxis, Digi, & Umobile, which one provide the best coverage, speed, price, and stability when in mobile. I know 1 brand cant be the top of all these. So, y not we rank them?

& the best way to watch TI3? Is it the same to watch TI3 using youtube channel and using ingame DOTA 2? Does the data rate consumed the same?
