[wta] Auto Gear box Overhaul

My auto toyota avanza 2005 is having problem of engine stall when i engage the gear from P to R or D.
Anybody knows why?

Symptom.
1. My auto gearbox now requires ATF oil change every 5k. The ATF oil turn black with small metal debris inside.
2. Gearbox sometimes jerks when i engage from P to R/D.

Do anybody know any contact for Auto gear box overhaul? Please share the cost of this overhaul.
How much will it cost for a manual transmission swap?
