Bodyweight exercise?

Hello guys, lately I've been gaining weight and I feel like starting to do exercise. Bodyweight exercise do help burn fat too right? I never been to the gym and I don't have any equipment for exercise.
Been searching for the internet about the Bodyweight exercise, so what Bodyweight exercise that you all can suggest to do? Squat? Jumping jacks? Planks?
I've also thinking to gain some muscle too, so does Bodyweight exercise help do that? Any routines that I need to follow?

My current weight is 60+ KG and height is 172 CM.

So is there any suggestion for a beginner? Thanks

Hello guys and girls, this is my first time posting in this section, which, you all already know why, because I just break up with the girl I love so much.
Well, the situation is like this, she is my first and only one that I truly love, I don't know how to describe it, but to cut short, I love her very much as she does.
What happen is, back in last few weeks, she told me that she want me to know something so that I can have preparation for what is coming. So I was thinking, well, why does she don't want to tell me first? Why does she have to wait until night time? My though is something bad. So, as night reaches, she text me saying that her parents lately hint her that they cannot accept non vegetarian or, let's say, they feel insecure to have their only daughter to date a non vegetarian guy. I'm the guy, and she is a vegetarian. So when I know this, I was, sad, terrible, I was like asked her a lot of question about the chances we have to be together. She told me to thin positive and everything will be fine. But I didn't, few days have pass, everyday the conversation we having is little bit of hurting, she also feel that she don't know what to do, but she want to be with me she said. (I mean that few days our conversation is a little bit hurting).
Then came to yesterday morning, I'm want to be happy and thin positively to ask her about the situation. After my good morning to her, we chit chat something a bit, after that we go into the topic again about the parents, so as the conversation goes on, I hurt her. I ask too many question that she don't know about... so after awhile she didn't reply me, then after again sometimes she replied me saying that she feel hurt and don't know me anymore. She said that she feel that I'm not the one she knew anymore, happy positive and etc....
I was shock, I knew by that time she already make up her mind to break up with me, so I apologize first, but I don't beg her to stay because it won't work, I know it. She tell me that for now until the next year after her exam, she want to be free, want to feel single, don't want to love first, she said she feel tired and want to have her space, asking me to borrow her some space, 1 year and a few months time to be alone. So I agree because there is nothing more I can do, if I keep begging her, chances are that she will think that I'm a pephatic person, or a person that begs a lot to get her back. That will be worse! So I choose to let her go... hoping that after sometime she will willing to accept me again.
One thing is that she mention to me is, she said that she willing to give me a chance if I let her be free now, she said that after that 1 year and a few months time when she gradute from Secondary School, she will tell her parents about this relationship and will accept me again if in these time I don't love or get another girl.
But in fact, I want to tell you guys is that once I'm in love with someone I'm not easy to let go, I really want to appreciate a relationship.
Should I be not contact her or should I keep contacting and maintain a good friend relationship for now?

Is it possible for a non vegetarian and a vegetarian together? Or is not possible?

So is this count as a worse case senario or I still have a chance?
Anyway, I'm currently studying in Computer Engineering field, and I'm 18, she is now Form 4. We know each other since Form 2, by that time I know her I was Form 4 and she was Form 2, we are in the same school of course. I'm a Chinese, non vegetarian, she is a Chinese, vegetarian.
Will like to hear from you guys and girls, thank you if you use some time to read and understand what I am saying!

Edit: She say we can be good friends for now, and she still trust me, she said we still can discuss and chat.
We have been in a relationship for about almost 2 years since we date.

2012 SPM credits?

Hello, I'm interested in studying in Computer Engineering, and the one I want to sign up need 3 credits and passes in BM and BI. For BM and BI I have no problem, should get B I think, but for Science and Maths subject I might have problem with it.

I need a credit in Science and it can be either Physics, Chemistry or Biology. Another credit for Maths is either Add Math or Modern Math. The third credit can be any of the subjects taken. So, do you guys know how much is a credits for 2012 trials exam or the SPM exam? I heard that 2012 SPM need very low mark can get a pass already? What about the science subject? I'm happy to get any reply soon. Thanks.

If for Add Maths, 20+ marks is not an credit right? For Maths, 40+ is it a credit? What about Physics, Chemistry or Biology? Also need at least 40+ marks to get credit or?

Nokia x6 screen fuzzy problem and custom firmware question

Hello to all I have a question about the fuzzy screen problem on
nokia x6. I've been using my nokia x6 for more than
1years, or maybe 2. The warrenty has already expired.
The screen fuzzy problem has been going on for more
than few months, and now only i wanted to ask how
do i solve it. I've been reading over the net and search for answer. Some said that to replace the lcd screen and
some said related to firmware or whatever. I have tried
different firmware and no luck getting this proble solve.
I think overall is the screen that have been damage. So
if i want to replace the screen at nokia care center, will
it be expensive? How much does it cost to repair? I'm in Malaysia.
And about the custom firmware, i not sure how to add
chinese input for it. I wanted to use modern chinese
input for my nokia x6 custom firmware like blaze or whatever custom firmware. So what should i do to use
the modern chinese input on nokia x6 custom
firmware?
I hope someone can help me, thanks And the screen will goes fuzzy when is on cold
temperature, sometimes when hot it also will have the
same problem but less than cold. When cold it get all
fuzzy all the time.

Hello, i stay at Bukit Mertajam and do anyone here know where can i get diablo 3 around this area? I've waiting for more than 10 years to play Diablo, i've played Diablo 2 for a long time too. I'm exited to try out Diablo 3. Cant wait anymore.

Or does this area doesnt even have shops that sell Diablo 3 and we need to go to a far place or so on to get it? Or we have to order and wait to get it? The standard edition price is about RM 180 right? Or is it much higher or lower depend on where we get it?
If anyone know please tell me, or pm me. Thanks.
