MRT or LRT network?

Hi everybody, I just wonder whether MRT network or LRT network will be the most convenient and most user friendly for future in Klang Valley. Since we all know bolehland, they might built these transportation as white elephant. Can the transportation above sufficiently meet our daily transport expectation to eliminate the need of private car like singapore or hk? I wish the forumer feel free to vote as some of us might see some major flaws.

All investor vested around lrt line, if public don't accept it as main public transport, it defeats the purpose to paying premium on property around lrt station.
