Recommendation for my rig

Hi there, I planning to build new rig for myself.

So far, I already buy few items (2nd hand but just few weeks old).

Proc : i7 4790 (rm660)
Mobo : ASUS B85 Vanguard (rm260) link
GC : sapphire r9 280 3gb vapor-x (rm580) link

After this month salary, I plan to buy the rest items to complete my rig.
I want to use ssd for OS and hdd for data storage. Please recommend good ssd
I plan to buy 3tb wd hdd. and maybe add more hdd in future.

For the ram I plan to get 16gb (8gbx2), but for the starter I buy 8gb first. Also please recommend good ram.

The gc said minimum power required is 500watt and recommended is 850watt.But I don't know which power supply to buy for this rig.

For the chasing, I want the one that can see inside like in this thread link

For the monitor I plan to use 24" or 27". Not decided yet, plan to survey first, don't mind 2nd hand as long as its still good and not too old.

I only play Dota 2 and plan to play at highest setting and maybe stream it using twitch or record it.
I also using image/video editing software ie. photoshop,3dmax
