2 windows problem

last time i got 2 OS in my harddisk ... windows XP & windows 98SE

jz now i format my windows XP < cos got spyware >, after i complate format and install windows XP , then my windows 98SE canot open ...

i got 2 partition C and D ....
Then C partiotion is for windows 98SE
Then D partiotion is for windowsXP
when i format my HDD , i jz delete the partition D .

why ?? can anyone help me ?

PF Usage & CPU Usage

wan to ask wat diffent cpu usage and pf usage ...

my CPU usage is always 10-13% then,
my PF usage is around 190mb-280mb. <i didt open or running other software>
isi tat normal ?

but in this few day my computer PF usage up until 1.25GB, then my cpu got the strange sound , after tat the windows will show me the warning notice say my windows virtual memory low.

can any one help me solve this problem ??
