So last night unker sleeping peacefully, on unker's side and likely face down, then around 2 am, there was this sudden sharp pain creeping into unker's lungs. When unker woke up, unker run to the kitchen to get some water and then to bathroom to try to puke it out. Unker sujud in bathroom floor for quite some time until all the liquid that comes into unker's lungs comes out. But for 2 hours unkers still feeling the pain and can not go back to sleep.

Unker is wanted to have a nice body in unker old age, so unker started going to the gym for the last 5 months, not sure what's wrong, but my shoulders joints starts to popping and hurting, why ar? unker don't use dumbbell just some machine.
