monitor adapter light blinking

hey guys, i got my this monitor working properly for few months already. suddenly few days ago the startup is very slow. sometimes nothing appear, i thought the power cable problem but i saw that the power adapter's light blinking blinking like ultraman dying. after few mins the monitor screen will appear. so i thought nth of it
now the blinking is getting really weak and takes quite a while before the monitor shows anything. its like the adapter gotta charged up before can show me anything

i tried asking some electrical shops but none of them are selling any monitor adapters
havent try lowyat
if so what kind i should get and what kind i should avoid getting before it fries my monitor?

Hey guys, have anyone ever experience things that what you say and what you think are different?

For example, I ask a friend how was he/she last week. Then after few conversation, the conversation seems odd, then my friend said I asked 'last year' when I thought I said last week. Then few friends too confirm that I said last year instead of last week.

This doesn't happen often, but it happened for quite a number of times already.

It happened even if I'm not tired, or anything. Or maybe i'm just blur? But I never was the blur kind of person(as far as I and my friends know). Or this is just a different 'blur' version compare to other blur people..?

Well just curious if anyone else experience this =)

Repeater Aztech WL556E

So I just got my unifi recently and the signal isn't that strong, so the tm guy said to use repeater so boost the signal. Then today i went to buy Aztech WL556E as the guy who sold it to me said it's easy to configure it.
Now after I got back, I plug in the WL556E into the power outlet and connect it with the ethernet cable to my pc. Then go to 10.0.10.254 and set up the connection

But the thing is I cannot even enter the 10.0.10.254 server. It cannot detect it even though the ethernet light on the repeater is blinking.
I have even tried to disable my wireless conection and again, it cannot detect the repeater. I'm sure I did everything "as described". Is something off or is just I should go back and change this model?

QoS on torrent limit

talk to them also no use cause they refused to admit they are downloading something. Even if they didn't i bet they let the software keep on running and that sucked up the upload speed. I talked to the other housemate but he somehow doesn't wanna ruin the bad relationship with "lag beast" even though he complained it's slow.(he just said 'used to it already la')

Now i am using this modem and been trying to set the QoS for it. However I cannot find anything about this modem because there's not much guide on this modem.

If there anyway to block sites or the right way to set the QoS? I accessed the link 192.168.1.1 but couldn't find anywhere to block sites.

Please don't say get my own line. If i could i would.

Yes I admit I do download stuff but i no longer using p2p softwares. Only direct downloads. Now i just playing an online game(no not Dota) and can only log in when i plug out his cable.

So I've been asked by a friend to help his dad in making a website. After meeting up with his dad, he explain that his website needs updating on the products of his company. So he send me the details and pictures asking me to update it.
The website already existed, all my friend gave me are just brochures and a cd containing just images.
Only software I know how to use is the dreamweaver. But I never done this kind of job before so that's why I'm asking here (still a student btw).

Now the question is;
1. Do I need like the file for the website? (dreamweaver file, etc)
2. or it can be done without the dreamweaver file?

Okay, so here's the situation. A friend of 3 years is leaving to USA soon(around mid of December) to further her studies. So i thought of getting something memorable for her. Budget is around rm100-200.

Our relationship is...temporary couple. Well we just had our feelings poured out to each other not so long ago, but since she's leaving, so we're having a relationship that one knows how the ending goes. The one that you know how and when it'll end.

So i thought up for a few things but couldn't quite get any ideas cause she has most of them

soft toy - she got a nemo soft toy from her friend's mom, so i dun think she needs another soft toy.

anklet - she got an anklet called 'cat's eye' or something, so this is out.

necklace - she already got one, a heart shape biga$$ necklace that she have been wearing for so many years, so this is out.

Bracelet - Present from her best friend many months ago, never took it out once, OUT.

Flowers - Pfft, these things don't last, bet it'll die out when she touch the land of USA, OUT.

Ring - in consideration, might be last resort.

Perfume - don't use them, but might be in consideration

Money - she'll gladly accept, but i don't like it that way. OUT.

Oh my god, how hard it is to get something for a girl, especially one that has so many already. Anyways any help is appreciated
