House loan question

Hi Sifus, i'm getting special "project interest rate" for this 1 project from both Hong leong (semi flexi) and standard chartered (full flexi). The rate both of this bank give is really much lower than other banks.

According to the loan agent, this rate will be for the whole 30 years tenure and will fluctuate depending on the BR.

Both Hong Leong (Semi flexi, 4.03 +0.47) and Standard chartered (full flexi, 3.77 + 0.73) offers me 4.5%. I'm keen on getting the full flexi.

There are still some uncertainties in my mind now.

1) Is what the loan agent told me true? it will stay at approximately this rate for the whole 30 years?
2) will the full flexi rate suddenly increase after 10 years and say no more "project" rate?

Need sifu advise notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Pendrive files corrupted, data recovery required

This pendrive is actually Kingston DataTraveler microDuo Usb 3.0 Otg Flash Drive 8GB‎.

I used it to copy my phone's video and pictures into the pendrive WITHOUT realizing the size of the total files is actually LARGER than the pendrive space. (stupid mistake, i know )

The pendrive didn't prompt me on the size limit. It just continue to CUT and PASTE for an hour.

Here is where i got really frustrated. After it's done, all the files in the pendrive are corrupted.

- All the file names of the files inside were changed to unrecognized characters and
- All the file sizes are 0 kb.
- All the dates modified are 15-Jan-42, 15-Feb-43 etc

Questions

1) Any idea what happened?

2) Can i do the data recovery on my own? how?

3) If i have to leave it to the professionals, where should i send it to? I'm staying around Subang. Any place around KL/PJ/KLANG/Shah alam is ok

Refer to picture below

PLEASE HALPPPPPPP

Couldn't login to newly replaced DIR 850L by Unifi

Hi guys, UNIFI replaced my DIR 615 because i was getting frequent disconnections ever since the deep sea cable got damaged.

I called unifi to check on what's happening to my line they said everything is fine so i told them to replace the router and see if it helps, they came to replace the router the next day.

I wasn't at home when they did the replacement and according to my dad they just swapped it as if its plug and play. It even has my current WIFI SSID and same password so i wasn't sure how they did that.

Anyway, i couldn't seem to login to the router, i've tried the passwords on the router itself and all possible passwords but none of it is working.

The first page that came up when i enter 192.168.0.1 is the prompt for Admin password, tried all passwords and failed. Then i clicked the share port web access, same outcome.

I called UNIFI helpline and they can't seem to solve my problem too. Any help please?
