Finding a good vet in KL area

Recently my dog (is a husky) is suffering from ear hematoma. Whenever it shook it's head, there was blood everywhere.. Before that my mother brought it to a vet nearby but that vet did not check on him properly and just look at his ear for few minutes then he told us that nothing is serious about his ear (MY DOG'S EAR IS SO BIG AND BULKY ) and only prescribed some med for my dog. It's ear never get any better though, so I was looking for some advice and did anyone face the same situation with their pet before? Any good vet that expert on treating ear hematoma for dogs? I can't stand looking at my dog whimpering in pain...

Co-curriculum certificates

Hi everyone.. I know I'm asking silly question but I really don't know what to do.. I recently got my sijil penghargaan kebangsaan from my teacher but then they printed my IC number wrongly. Then I asked my teacher to recorrect it or print another one for me but she told me to correct it myself. She said "potong potong lah nombor yang telah salah tu, tak pe punya" Is it really fine for me to do it on the certificate which I needed to apply for scholarship in the future? Or is there anyway to correct it?
