Ex Employer forcing me to pay them for taking MC

I worked with Smart School for two months as a temporary teacher. They agreed to pay me RM3500 inclusive of EPF monthly. We signed the contract before I started to teach there.

Now I have completed my two months services and end of last month I found out that they paid me less. So I sent an email to HR and hoping to get clarification from them. To my surprise the HR manager replied and said they actually over paid me because the very first month I fall sick and two days unfit for work and asking me to pay them back within 4 days.

1. In my contract, it did not state at all that I am not entitle for paid medical leaves
2. I submitted my MC to my superior once I reported back to work and informed them early morning on the day I was not able to go to work but no one not even the HR inform me that I was not entitle for any paid sick leaves.

Now, after I left the company and when I brought up the issue (almost after a month plus) that they actually paid less on the second month, then they said I am not entitle for paid sick leaves and refuse to give me further clarifications.

I personally think is the HR fault and now they want me to bare their mistakes. What's your advices regarding this issue? I seriously don't think I should pay them back for the two days sick leaves and they miscalculated for my second month payment and not even a sorry regarding it.

I have more than 5 years experiences in tertiary education industry recently I received a call from Marcus Evans for an interview as conference producer (middle east). Would appreciate some sharings regarding the job scopes, working environment, salary etc

Besides is it true the interview is very challenging ? Any tips to share ?

Help needed! With Nokia Lumia 920

I am facing problems that I add my hotmail account and FB account in my Lumia 920 but then the phone directly help me to display all my photo albums in FB and Sky drive in my Lumia Photo Album. I do not want to display the photo albums but I can't find anyways to control it anyone here know how to remove those albums?

Besides I have created groups in my FB and again my Lumia are showing the groups...can I remove the groups?
