Is Snapdragon 845 worth the wait?

Hi all,

I'm currently using an LG G4. It's a good phone, loved it. Being using it for almost 3 years.

But now, it has started to acting up and it is really frustrating; GPS rarely works, battery thirsty, lags sometimes etc.

So I decided to upgrade my phone. I've been doing survey for almost 3 months, looking for the best phone out there.

Then I found out, they'll be releasing the new "Snapdragon 845", sometime in Q1 or Q2.

I found a phone of my choice, HTC U11 plus. But it is running on Snapdragon 835.

My question is, should I wait for Snapdragon 845 and upgrade to that instead?

Please advise.

Hi all.

I want to buy a mobile phone from Shopee and the sellers name is, myMsCo.com. I've been to the website and it is running by someone called "Corrine".

The mobile I want to buy is HTC U11 Plus and by far, it's the lowest price in the market. That made me a little doubt.

I want to know, in general, is it safe to buy mobile phones from Shopee?

Hi all,

Need your advise; which system should I get for long term?

The i3-2100 (3.10 ghz) has
- GTX1050 2GB DDR5
- 8 GB RAM

RM 1320

VS

i5-2400 (3.4 Ghz) has
- GTX650 1GB DDR5
- 8 GB RAM

RM 1250

I am not a heavy gamer on PC because I already have consoles. So, basically I'll be playing Dota 2 and maybe one to three PC games at a time. But I still want a good one for long term use.

Can anyone advise please; which of the two I should choose? Thank you.

LG products; sucks?

Hi all,

I bought my LG G4 phone back in August last year. It was really good, love the camera and everything else.

About end of last month ago (Apr), while I was charging my phone and playing on my PS4, my phone display just showed up as the LG G4 logo. It got frozen, can't switch it off and do anything. So I had to take out the battery and next the phone can never boot up no more.

I could see double-led flashes at the top which could indicate to something, like the computer bleep sound when there's something wrong with it. So I had to send it back to service because it is still under warranty.

The G4 is only about 8 months old and I got this problem. My previous phone was Nokia Lumia 820. The phone was heavy, rock solid and I could say, it's an excellent product. I used it for almost 4 years without any major issues and with zero service. I could count how many times the phone hangs; about 5 times in 4 years. IMO, it's a super.

I told my mom about my LG G4 phone and she scold me not to buy LG products. "They're suck", she said. Our previous refrigerator was an LG (I didn't know that) she told me and broke after several months. My old Daewoo (quite a big one) refrigerator which is going for almost 15 years now, is still running superbly.

I was out to buy an air-condition at SEC. The shop told us that LG are not good at making air-condition as well. Now that's another smack to LG product.

So, really; is LG products suck?

What is your opinion? If it really is, then I might just have to sell my G4 (still under service almost 3 weeks now) and get a better one.

Frequent disconnect on TM Unifi 30 mbps; why?!

Hi all,
Any opinions (with knowledge)/suggestions/recommendations are welcome.

I get frequent disconnect on my PS4 and sometimes surfing the internet. We had to reboot the router, and then it fixes it. Especially online games, I get frequent DC. If it's on PS4, it'll be over for me and I can't continue with the game. Why is this keep happening?

I went to TM and that guy at the counter said, "ohhh this is normal". Is it? I've been using this for almost 3 months now, I'm in Penang.

When I was disconnected from the Ps4 (while online), I run test network to see the result of my connection, it showed me that my connection is OK (passed).

Should I what, change my router? Complained to TM or what? Anyone had this problem?

Killzone Shadow Fall: DLC Map waiting to install?

Hi all,

I've recently bought the game and I've downloaded all the DLC maps for free. But it just pending there, it won't install.

Now, I have PS+ for a year. I believe the game I bought is from US and my PSN account is Asia. Could this be the problem?

So what do I need to do?

Do I need to create a US PSN account to allow the map installed into the machine?

What about my trophies and all that I've build up under Asia-PSN account?

Please advise. Need someone who already have found the workaround for this issue. Thanks in advance.
