Advice for fried ecu

My 14y sentra n16 experiencing irregular idling, like intermittent every 3-5sec. After long troubleshooting, my mechanic open ed up the ecu, saw something burned.

I'm not sure what possible options available:
A. Replace with chop part: usually how much is the price...? And also the chop part may be "half dead" already...
B. Repair it: any expert can replace the damage component? Because the ecu program still working that perhaps only minor component need to be replaced.
C. Aftermarket standalone ecu: expansive and no point for stock engine... heard unichip is plug n use... usually how much...?

Please advise

Persona coolant mixed into atf...

My friend's persona is suspected to have coolant mixed with atf as per symptoms below:
a. coolant turns into jelly-ish teh tarik color.
b. atf dip stick shows similar teh tarik foam.
c. engine oil normal still.

Wondering the reason could be the radiator crack that is causing the leak , and how much repair to be done (currently in tight budget):
a. radiator replacement.
b. hose replacement (is it a must...?)
c. atf flushing.
d. atf filter replacement (err... is it washable...if it is metal type?)

While waiting the garage to re-open the business, please share your experience and the cost for similar repair.
Appreciate your help and thank you
