Would like to ask those currently under celcom digi home fibre, overall hows the performance of the wifi? Was planning to migrate to Digi One package. Currently I'm using Maxis and contract ended, but maxis never offer any promotion for renewal. Stupid Maxis.

Hi Ktard,

Would like to query all sifus here.

I've purchase a house which is under construction back in 2019.

Now, the developer already claim in full from the bank and my loan has been fully disbursed to the developer and the loan payment will start this September 2021.

On the developer site, they have send me the clearance letter and state to collect the house key within 30 days from the date of the letter. But now, when i try to fixed appointment with them for key collection, they told me that the electricity yet to be connected to the unit and the key can only be collected by September and that provided tnb have done their part.

Under this situation, can the developer claim in full from the bank as the electricity yet to be connected? They even provide to us all the buyer the certificate of completion and compliances. I have visit the construction site and notice there's some unit yet to be completed. Even the main road to the house being blocked with a drain block.

Charges involve for first time property buyer

Looking for an advised on regards to charges involve for property buyer.

How much does it cost for MOT of property value RM180,000?

The sales agent inform me total amount that I need to fork out +/- will be around RM20k. And this is after 5% discount on the 10% downpayment of the property value.

Would like to seek for an advised.

Currently I have a join loan with my sister and mom for the purchase of my late father house.

Say if i want to buy my own house now, will this be consider as my first house during loan application?

The reason why i'm asking is because of the sales person for the property that I plan to buy said he can help me to get a rebate of RM30,000 for first time house buyer.

I've inform him that I have a join loan and he said still can entitle for the rebate.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Seeking for an opinion from all the guru's here.

Say for example an employee took time off to go to clinic due to illness from 4PM to 6PM.

Upon examined by the doctor, the employee were given medical time slip from 4.15PM to 6PM.

Do the employee need to replace the 15 minutes time off which is not covered in the medical time slip (4PM to 4.15PM)?

Need help... Just purchase Tenda A301 Mini WiFi Extender.. I have configured based on the guide provided... Tried to connect but there's no internet connection...

I have tried to Google but not able to find any solutions... Hopefully can find help here... I'm on Maxis Fiber 100Mbps and my main router is AC1200.

Seeking for input. I'm planning to change my medical insurance from AIA to Zurich as the coverage offered is way more than my current AIA (Formerly ING) premium.

However, even though the coverage offer is way better than my current insurance, the monthly commitment remain the same.

I'm worried if I should proceed or not as i'm worried on the after sales service in term of claims and admission.

Anyone under Zurich here? Any experience?

Dear All,

As what we have heard recently, there's a few cases of fake milk powder for Enfalac found in the market.

Not sure either enfagrow is also affected, but as what I can see the FB page of enfagrow have been swarming question from parents that have concern but there's seem to be very less reply from enfagrow end.
How to identify either the milk powder that we have bought is fake or original? No update have been provided by enfagrow end.

As a concern parents, i'm also worried as 2 of my kid have been on enfagrow for quite some time. Normally will bought at sensei shop selling 6kg for RM350 but they will peel off the top packaging.

Now i'm planning to change milk powder but not sure which should I tried.

Was thinking to change to 1 of below :

2. Friso
3. Dugro
4. Dutch Lady

Dear All,

Seeking for an advised.

I'm currently under Unifi 50Mbps after the free upgrade under the "Surprise me" promo.

Unfortunately, after the upgrade I cant seem to received full speed of the 50Mbps on Wifi or Lan connection.

Even my speed test showing max 30Mbps ~ 35Mbps.

The modem I'm using now is the one provided by TM when I subscribe for Unifi 5M ages ago.

Is this due to the modem does not support 50Mbps?

Any recommendation for modem that can support 50M and at the same time is affordable?

I have check in Shopee and come through this modem. Anyone have experience using this modem?
