Vibrations and Sound When Braking

Hi guys, last time during my car service interval I changed my brake pads and my disc rotors.

The brake pads are normal Toyota pads, and I changed the rotors to ProjectMU disc rotors (http://www.project-mu.co.jp/e/product/scr-pp.html).

btw the rotors were bought 2nd hand, still in great shape and was skimmed before installation.

There seems to be a problem from the day I installed the rotors, whenever I brake @ low speed, there's vibration feel/sound (like "gudu gudu gudu") from wheels and sometimes also screeching sound. I suspect maybe the brake pads are unable to cope with the rotors, hence it might slip, but it's just my untrained assumptions.

The braking ability seems much better then stock after I install the rotors, can brake easily.

The sound and vibration feel gets annoying though, if any sifu can tell me whats wrong I'd gladly appreciate it.

Import rules for auto accessories

Hello guys, after searching the internet, I cannot seem to find the import tax structure for auto accessories (Mostly come across auto vehicle itself)

Can anyone kindly enlighten me on

1) how much is the import tax for importing car accessories such as fog lamps, headlights, side skirts, bumpers and so on.

2) Is a license required in order to import such things?

Previously I tried importing auto body part from Taiwan, it passed customs without a hitch. However, that was only one part; to what limitations is there for such imports?

Gothic 3

So no one made a topic for Gothic 3? Its a great game minus the bugs and poor performance you'll be getting without the coming patches. Its kinda like an Oblivion game but has a deeper storyline (continued from Gothic 1 and 2). If you enjoy Oblivion you should get Gothic 3 as well cause the game is awesome!
