Simple and Fast Bedtime Beauty Routine

After a day of work and went home, you must fell so tired. But for a woman, you still have many things to do, cooking, cleaning, and most importantly, makeup remove and skin care routine. You don’t want to get your skin worse by simplify the beauty routine, but you also want to go to bed earlier, right? Here, we offer you the fast and very simple bedtime beauty routine for you.

Skip Eye-Makeup Remover
Assuming you’re not shellacking on waterproof mascara and eyeliner for work, you probably don’t need a separate eye-makeup remover for everyday use. Save yourself a step by using a facial cleanser that’s gentle enough to be used around the eye area.
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser

Eye Cream or Eye Mask that can apply on your skin the whole night
Under eye skin is the most fresh and weakest part of your body, so you should pay more attention to eye care. Eye cream is necessary for you every day, don’t forget it. And you can try eye mask once or twice a week. You’d better buy those masks that can apply on your skin the whole night so you don’t have to wait for 20mins to peel it.
VII CODE O2C All-star Oxygen Eye Cream
VII O2M Oxygen Eye Mask

Streamline Your Skincare Routine
Focus on finding something ultra-hydrating; scan labels for the ingredients hyaluronic acid, squalene and glycerin. A formula that also contains retinol and/or alpha-hydroxy acids will help minimize fine lines and fade dark patches even as it moisturizes. As for toner, unless your skin is extremely oily, there’s no real benefit to this step.
Olay Age Defying Anti-Wrinkle Replenishing Night Cream

Use One Super-Powered Hydrator All Over
Truth be told, many overnight creams and lotions contain similar humectant ingredients, which help your skin retain moisture, so there’s no reason you can’t use one great multitasker on all your thirsty zones.
Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant

Choose a Less-Fussy Self Tanner
Ironically, “gradual” self-tanners—the kind you use in place of body lotion to build a faux tan over the course of several days—can end up being the faster option if you prefer to tan before bed.
Jergens Natural Glow Moisturizers
The golden rules to drop pounds

Diet fads come and go, but sensible slim-down ideas stand the test of time. Before you make your summer weight-loss plan, take a look at these rules, follow them will help you drop pounds healthy and more effectively.

Don't skip meals. When you get too hungry, you're less likely to make healthy choices.

Never go on a diet when you're under a lot of stress.

Ideally, you should try to lose no more than 1 to 2½ pounds a week.

A short bout of exercise each day is more effective than longer, less frequent periods.

To lose weight for good, know that you can't go back to your old eating habits. You'll need to change your lifestyle.

Eating too little can backfire. Never have less than 1,200 calories a day—or you may slow down your metabolism.

Don't grocery-shop when you're hungry. You're likely to make high-fat, low-nutrient impulse purchases.

For a fit and toned figure, dieting alone isn't enough. You also need to exercise.

A slipup doesn't have to lead to an entire day of overeating. Resolve to make better choices at your next meal.

Cut down, not out. Trim portions of food instead of removing entire categories (carbs, fats, etc.).

[addedon]September 13, 2012, 3:18 pm[/addedon]Below are six most important ways to use the mind-body connection to help your weight-loss efforts rather than hinder them.

Accept that diets don’t help you in the long run.
Focus on fitness, not thinness.
Make friends with food.
Start small and build slowly.
Concentrate on commitment more than intensity.
Stop obsessing about your weight.
5 Beauty Dos and 5 Beauty Don'ts to get star looks

Is there anyone said that your looks and wearing are too old and not pretty at all? When someone told you this, don't feel said, they are not laughing at you, they are just giving you some advice to make a change and to get a better-you. We are at an age that is not too young and not too old, however, it's the best time to show a woman's beauty to the world. Your personality, your gorgeous look, your glamour and your perfect skin, all of them are precious things.

You may wondering why the title is 5 Beauty Dos and 5 Beauty Don'ts , because I want to say that each woman can find her own style and beauty, and those who are not beautiful still don't find the right way to show herself. The following tips may help you, if not ,tell those who need these:

[addedon]September 13, 2012, 2:53 pm[/addedon]DON’T wear a headband on your forehead unless you’re playing a hippie at Halloween.

DON’T overdo the smoky-eye look. To avoid looking like a Cleopatra clone, remember that a little kohl goes a long way.

DON’T leave home without first checking yourself out in the mirror! To avoid lipstick stains on teeth, either blot your lips with tissue or try placing your index finger in your mouth, wrap lips around it and pull straight out to remove excess lipstick.

DON’T get carried away with your nail polish. Super-long or hyper-embellished nails are hard to keep in pristine condition and can distract from the real beauty star—you!

DON’T go overboard with your beauty routine. Heavily made-up lips, cheeks, skin and eyes can turn even the most gorgeous girl into a bad version of a Barbie doll.

[addedon]September 13, 2012, 2:54 pm[/addedon]DO sport a simple black headband to add polish to any outfit.

[B]DO focus on great dark liner. If you’re looking to draw attention to your eyes, nothing beats it. By outlining your eyes with a black pencil and keeping shadow close to the base of the lid, you will look glamorous rather than a sparkly version of a Fight Club victim.

DO wear bold red lipstick with your LBD.

DO add a coat of pale polish to dress up your look. Having simply manicured nails is a great way to look pulled together 24/7.

DO rely on a few of your favorite cosmetics to boost your natural beauty. When looking to make a good impression, pick one area—either eyes, lips or cheeks—to emphasize and apply minimal products to the others.
[/B]

How to beautifying your arms

The autumn is coming soon, but the temperature is still high. Your skin becomes even more oily and dry at the same time. Not only the skin on our face is important, the arm and legs also need special care. Here let's talk about how to get younger looking arms, you don't have to jealous about those who wear sleeveless tops any more.
http://beautifuleyesforyou.blogspot.com/20...-your-arms.html

*sun protection*
A great place to start is with sun protection. If wearing short sleeves, you can smooth on a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 to ward off UV damage, which can cause collagen to break down. Also use a daily firming lotion and, at night, a vitamin E serum to boost collagen production

*invest in two body bronzers*
One in a light shade and another in medium. Rub the medium shade over your entire arm, front and back, blending well. Apply the lighter shade down just the top of your arms from shoulder to wrist to reflect light toward the most toned part of your arm.

*simple exercise*
A simple exercise of 5 minutes a day can work your triceps for firmer-looking arms. Clasp your hands in front of your chest, just under your chin. While inhaling, bring your elbows up to a 90-degree angle so that they're parallel to the floor. As you exhale slowly, push your palms together as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds and relax. Repeat up to 15 times.

We will get older day by day, buy say no to flabby upper arms is also what we should do, to keep the young time longer, to make a young self longer. On the other hand, don't feel sad about being older. Embrace your unique beauty. Imperfect is more than okay because perfect only appears in magazines.

Exude self-confidence with the way you walk, what you choose to wear and how you carry yourself, stand up straight, look forward, not down.

The top ten beauty foods

1. Wild salmon: A primo source for omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce skin inflammation, preventing redness, wrinkles, and loss of firmness. It's also potent in antioxidants and vitamins B and D.
2. Low-fat yogurt: In one word, calcium. Good for strong bones, nails, and teeth. One cup of plain low-fat yogurt has more calcium than a glass of skim milk.
3. Oysters: The best source of zinc, period. Zinc helps build collagen, which supports the structure of skin and speeds up renewal and repair.
4. Blueberries: Full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories that prevent long-term cell damage.
5. Kiwifruit: Another good source of antioxidants, kiwis are also a great source of vitamin C and potassium, all which help prevent wrinkles.
6. Sweet potatoes: Chock-full of beta-carotene, something the body converts to vitamin A, which keeps skin smooth and is thought to protect against sun damage.
7. Spinach: This nutrient-dense leafy green is a great source of beta-carotene and lutein, which protects the eyes.
8. Tomatoes: Perhaps the only vegetable best eaten processed. Tomatoes are a major source of lycopene, a potent antioxidant also thought to protect against sunburn.
9. Walnuts: A key source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E. The omega-3s found in walnuts also help fight against skin ailments like psoriasis and eczema.
10. Dark chocolate: Full of antioxidants and nutrients, cocoa (choose chocolate with at least 60 percent cocoa) increases blood flow to the skin, which in turn boosts hydration, smoothness, and protection against sun exposure.
