Uber B***h deserves an account ban

I picked up this rider first on 12 July. Again on 28 July. I was informed by the rider that we are on the same path going home and most likely will be matched again, so she said text her when going back. On Aug 11, I whatsapped to offer her a ride.

2 weeks interval - and she complained to Uber that I'm harassing her.

Screenshots speak for themselves.

Can we get these b**ches kicked out from Uber?

Enough with PM

What I'm referring to is when people have complaints/enquiries about products and services from companies - and they go on FB and ask a question - and then say will PM you or the company PMs the person.

What use is this?? Other people may be facing the same issue and need a public answer. It holds the company accountable and responsible in case of failures on their part.

An example is the Takata airbag fiasco - Toyota kept telling me will PM when I complained that they don't have enough stock and delayed the replacement of my dad's car airbags. I refused to entertain their PM and repeated it in public. But the rest of the users also facing the same issue but gladly accepting PM! And you can see now, unlike Honda, Toyota has not released any statistics on the number of airbags replaced and those outstanding! Honda on the other hand has been very proactive.

The same applies to pricing. Why are users so stupid to think that PM for price is worthwhile?? If the seller displays the price for everyone to see everyone can bargain for the lowest price together as everyone wants a lower price. You think the seller is going to offer you lower price in PM?? Common sense la.. hello. Definitely the seller can pick and choose what price to quote - the product might be RM50, but he'll offer you in PM for RM100 and you would have no idea to compare! At least lowyat forum has actually stated that sellers with no public pricing will be banned - but yet its so common to see users posting "PM for price".

Why are these people so stupid??

Why is 'PM culture' so pervasive??

On the Ford Mondeo 2.0 Ecoboost

DETROIT -- Ford Motor Co. is replacing its highest volume EcoBoost engine after just four model years.

The 2.0-liter four-cylinder -- offered in more than a dozen Ford and Lincoln vehicles globally -- begins easing out of production early next year with the launch of the redesigned 2015 Ford Edge.

The revamped Edge gets an all-new 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder as its base engine. The new engine is a total redesign, said Scott Makowski, Ford's chief engineer for large four-cylinder engines. It features a new, lighter aluminum block, redesigned cylinder head, twin-scroll BorgWarner turbocharger, revised fuel injectors and a variable oil pump.

http://www.autonews.com/article/20140630/O...er-just-4-years

* The new Ford Mondeo is a good purchase but the Ecoboost in this model is being replaced soon; a complete redesign of the engine. Just for prospective buyers as I was considering this also.
