Samsung S3 Repair - Anyone?

Hi,
MY old samsung s3 phone needs repair. The LCD is fine but the silver panel behind lcd had cracked. When switched on, the op left light indicator does show red (as to normally you switch on the phone) but no screen pic. Anyone here does repair? or know anyone who perform such repair?

Insurance - Home Content on rented property

Hi,
Would like to find out if there is any insurance to protect the property and also home content (including bed, mattresses, tv, etc) against the tenant which the unit are rented out to? This is to protect against theft, loss or damages made by tenant. I understand that there is home content for household but that usually more applicable to if you are owner occupied. Anyone can enlighten me?

Saw the 3D plasma tv from LG 3D Plasma on home exhibition 2 weeks ago. Price kinda attractive. RM2,399 for 50in with free 1x 3D glasses. Anyone know where i can get cheap LG or Samsung or any 3D plasma tv? Either 42in(43in if samsung) or 50in (51in if samsung)?

Upgrade medical card or add a new one?

HI All,
I have a medical card+investment link with GE for 5-6yrs. It is the old one without co-insurance and co-charges. The ting is that is has overall limit of RM300k with annual limit of RM100k. I feel that it's not sufficient and wanna upgrade to higher. Anyone can advise? if i upgrade to higher, i will have new higher limit but then with co-insurance and co-charges. But i will start again with my waiting period. Also what happen if few months into the renewal, i make a claim, will they approve? Also what happen if the doctor claimed that the sickness exist before i sign the renewal, will they revert back to my old policy or terminate my policy? I dont want to take that risk. Another option is for me to get another medical card. Prefer additional RM100 (preferable no co-insurance or co-charges or with cap).

We heard that if you purchase a condo, you will be given a strata title which said that you own a parcel in that condo. My question is who actually own the land of that condo? The Bank? What happen if the condo destroyed, are we all entitle to the land title which holds the strata title?

HI all,
I have a Proton Wira 1.3cc (manual). Bought in year 2001. My car loan will be expire Feb next year. Had a minor accident before. How much you think it will be worth in the market. Just like to get an idea. All feedback are welcome. Front mirror had a minor cracked as well as few small dented on the door (due to hit by small stone). Other than that, all are in good condition.

Also anyone know how much is the carloan now? If i'm planning to sell off my car and get a loan to buy a 2nd hand car loan, how much is the interest rate? Can all give me feedback which bank offer the lowest?
