Help me!

I just start worked in local company for few days. At the first day of my job, i got offered by international company which i dream for. Their offer for basic pay including allownce are almost same, but ofcoz mnc got better benefit like bonus, meal, extra allownce, career adv, etc. The mnc want me to start at 1july. In my current company i need to give 1 month notice for resignation. What should i do?????? Should i just resign now and pay penalty to them?

Auto Service Workshop

Hi, i want to have a full maintenance for my car, including engine part, tyre etc. i m looking for Auto Service Workshop that provide professional service with experienced labour, that can do very well maintenance. i dont want newbie repair my car, because i got experienced before, some screw not install properly, rim alignment not done well, etc
i need suggestion which workshop can i bring my car there
currently stay at putrajaya, prefer workshop area bangi / dengkil / nilai / puchong

Signed Offer Letter

Hi guys, i need to know what the company can take action on this situation
the new staff already signed the offer letter, but the starting day is on upcoming month, then suddenly he don't come at the 1st day as in the agreement letter, and also the 2nd day and so on. actually he doesn't want to work there la i assume. is it possible that company sue him? or take any action on him?

I have searching for tshirt sell in trade zone but i dont find any tshirt designed with IT trend now such as google, yahoo or facebook.
not just put the word google in the tshirt design, its pretty simple.
maybe some 1 can design by putting image and text, such as Java logo with some java code, the tshirt would be interesting to wear.
Any one know where i can get this type of tshirt?

I would like to get everyone opinion here about Software Engineer Starting Salary

I have 2 years working experience as a programmer, web developer and java developer.
In details:
1years working on java, j2ee but not using struts and spring framework
1yeas working on php, php cms, jquery, ajax etc

I got interviewed for Software Engineer position by a company that have a lots of government projects.
Technical scope are java struts, oracle, jasper
They offered me basic rm3k, project allowance rm250.

Is it ok with salary like that with my exp?
I got pressured by some of relative, they said i should demand 3.5k for basic coz i m really good in java and any type of languages.
