company asking to return overpaid wage

hi guys, i received an overpaid wage in April 2018 and notified HR/finance about this issue and they replied will do something about it but apparently they didnt after i receive an email asking me to repay them the money today.

if they take action immediately after the notification, i would happily accept it but after almost a year?
furthermore, i've already left the company for 4 months already.

the amount is not big but this may sound stupid. if i choose to ignore, what will happen?

job offer letter x resignation

im a fresh grad and just start working in the current company for a week but i still havent receive an offer letter.
and the working here is just
assigned job to me has totally no relation to the job position im currently in as a web designer.

im planning on resigning and get another job

if i resign, will the offer letter be a problem on resigning?
since i havent get it yet.

i juz found out my laptop left speaker is not working today.. few weeks after purchase as i always use an external speaker.. so din really get to use the laptop speakers..
and today i found out the left speaker has no sound at all..
so i try to configure by testing left and right sound..
then in the properties i set the balance to "left 100 right 0" and play test on left speaker..
it givs me an runtime error.. i mean the whole testing thing not responding anymore..
so its driver's problem or the left speaker is spoiled?

a gap of 5mm measured on the 12th fret is tat normal?

and my guitar E string a.k.a 6th string has some little buzzing when i play it a lil bit harder.. its tat normal?

the height of the string from the fret on the 12th fret is abt 0.3~0.4cm..
is this normal??

hi guys..
i juz got a violin..
but the violin is in quite a bad condition...

first the violin body is quite ok..
juz some scratches...
i think the worst part is at the tuning pegs which is covered wif mold...
green colour mold
the string broke...
the bow broke too...
i cant see the inner part of the violin so im not sure about the condition inside..
but i think thrs no mold la...
i think that all the problems for now...

can anyone help me to solve this problem???
im a newbie to violin..
the violin still can save it ahh??

i changed the string of my steel string guitar(those selling in very cheap price.. )....
but thrs some unusual noise sounds like eeeeeee thing in the 4th string when i play it....
but this is not happening on the others.....(i change the strings myself)
wat is the cause of this and any way to solve the problem???
