We have a piece of land measuring 840 square meters (approximately 9,042 square feet) at Saujana Impian Kajang. We finally decided to build our forever home there. This is the first time we are doing this and would love a recommendation of a contractor that has the necessary experience that will be able to help us to do this. We hope to move into the new house 2 years from now and our approximate budget is around RM1 million.

Accessorizing Mercedes Benz E240 Year 2000

Hi everyone, need some expert advice & recommendations. My Father-In-Law has a Mercedes Benz E240 Year 2000. It is a solid car and I have driven it a few times and enjoyed driving it.

The car still have the standard equipments as the day he bought the car 18 years ago. He recently asked me what can he do the accessories the car. I suggested get a better tinting and install rear and front camera with a HUD that can use Android Auto.

Here is my question, what else can I do and please recommend a shop that can do accessorising for this car model. Thanks.

Need guidance - How to sell properties

Hi, we are planning to build our dream house. We have a piece of bungalow lot at Saujana Impian Golf Course Kajang and an apartment in Sri Damansara that we are planning to sell to fund the building of our house. As this is the first time we are selling our properties, we would appreciate some guidance and advice on how to go about doing it. Some of the question that I have at this moment are:

1. If we use an agent, who bears the fee, will it be the buyer or the seller;
2. How much is normally the agent fees; and
3. What are the associated fee/tax in relation to selling the properties.

Appreciate some feedback and guidance from people who has gone through this process before. Thanks.
