Now a day all laptop come with an internal harddisk that is un-removeable?
At least the two new laptops i bought (Dell and Toshiba) has an un-removeable harddisk.
Tried open the back cover but it look like there is no way to take out the harddisk.

Wanted to put in another new harddisk and install Linux (Fedora) but could not.

I already done all the updates (Windows updates and Norton Internet security updates)
and also run full scan with Norton.

After reboot my laptop and re-connect to internet.
The Internet connection status windows keep showing data transfer.
The download transfer run up to more than 100MBytes, and the upload transfer run up to 6MBytes, and still does not want to stop so I just pull out the LAN cable to stop the data transfer.
Just wondering why it keep on transfer data to/from the internet (am using YES 4G with the zoom modem).
I am not using torrent.

15 years ago i lost my passport.
I made a police report, but never report to immigration because I heard it is very hard (almost impossible) to get a new passport. so I thought i don't need to go out country and so i don't need to apply for a new passport and so i didn't report the lost passport to the immigration department.

But now my worries is: If the person who found my passport and sold it to other people.
That means some person will be using my passport to travel to other countries.

What if the person who use my passport commit crime in other countries...like visit underage prostitute and get caught.
That means my name will be blacklisted as a phidophile ?

Linux Live CD (Fedora)

I am very (extremely) paranoid about mallicious ware infection now a day.

So I am now using Fedora Live CD... run Live CD from CD/DVD drive whenever surf internet.
After surf internet, just shutdown my laptop and everything (if there are mallicious ware) will be disappear.

But now the problem is, my new laptop 's harddisk is un-removeable. (harddisk is installed with Windows 7 )
Tried to open the laptop's back cover and try to take out the harddisk but the harddisk doesn't want to come out.

Just wondering, if the mallicious ware come into my laptop during me surfing internet.
Will it going into infect the harddisk's Windows 7 system.
