As title, received such spam. Problem is there is no clue which one/app is compromised. Is there a way to find out? Should i need to be worried.

This serve as an archive (sorry if make /k as blog) and to ponder about (in malay words, "renung-renungkan") for what may seem to be unethical and malpractice by Seller that platform provider and buyer should be aware of for the sake of transparency (mostly?) even if it is small amount of value it adds up depends on the amount of victims fall on it.

It's 2022 with very easy access to documenting proof, you can't potentially get away from doing shady practice.

Chronology of event:-

- Placed order of total 5 items (non-perishable/consumable products)

- Informed seller specifically the said order before it is shipped out.

- Parcel received and video documented the unboxing (cannot link full video evidence here due to uncensored buyer information. only lazada team has access to the link)

- Two of the Item received is not according to what is advertised by seller. Plus one of them has unacceptable line cracks.

- Filed a return for refund under the ground of item receive not as per advertised but somehow the system triggered the return for refund for all item.

- Informed and asked seller about this and was advised to return everything.

- Video documented the re-boxing for all item to return back to seller (cannot link full video evidence here due to uncensored buyer information. only lazada team has access to the link)

- Seller received & checked the item condition. Rejected the refund requested on the basis item not damage & in good condition. In addition not going to return the item back.

- What this mean : Seller potentially thought of getting to keep the money the buyer has paid TOGETHER with the items (i.e: 2 birds in 1 stone)

- Dispute is raised.
- Lazada agent's final judgement of the Order ID : Refund to buyer.

- The catch : Total refund received is significantly less than what the buyer initially paid for the Order id (as per last snapshot below)

- As a benefit of the doubt : Seller refund only at COST PRICE of the items back to buyer and not based on what buyer has paid.

- Likely clue : Supposedly provided full refund on resolution but does not seem to be the case. Did Seller cheated on Lazada Team?

- What this also means : Seller gets to keep the paid money together with the item still while TRANSFER the Cost of Purchase(from supplier) to Buyer. (i.e: now become 3 birds in 1 stone)

- Current event : Awaiting response from Lazada Customer Support (LCS) for the dispute in agent's judgement which i think can pretty much forget about it. But not without consequences.

- Conclusion : As a 'LAZMALL' seller with that fancy tag, they break not only advertisement but also selling policy of the platform provider on top of also trying its luck squirming around Consumer Protection Act (CPA). That title should be stripped away from seller in my opinion for breaching the code set by the platform provider.

What Lazada should improve: further improve the return section page with pop-up prompts in sequence so that buyer know much more clearly if they are returning all item or partial item. Return policy should also be in-line with CPA

What Buyer should be aware of : Always double check whether the refund is actually in full. Seller usually resell returned items to next buyer to recoup any potential loss from previous sales dealings and dispute. In short they lose nothing. With that said, if you received a bowl with the same long axx crack line on exact same spot, you now know where it comes from.

TLDR: Total refund received is significantly less than initially paid for the Order id so I become Karen.

To those that may comment about its miniscule purchase value, That is not the point of this thread. That's it for today. I hope we learnt something. Plus point for those that gets the message.

samsung internal screen looks cracked-like

long story short. The screen appears cracked but the funny thing is, the top glass screen itself does not have signs of pecah nor impact. on side top n bottom like got alots of horizontal lines as if it is tearing off or some sort. am i kena jackpot? Called samseng but explain got this thing but seems like kena brushed off. What shall i do?
